You retain ownership of architectural designs, drawings and source models you provide. Forma Render retains ownership of its workflows, scene setups and proprietary techniques used to produce visualizations.

Upon full payment under your project agreement, usage rights to final deliverables are granted as specified in that agreement — typically for presentation, marketing and project documentation related to the commissioned work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display completed project visuals in our portfolio and marketing materials only with your explicit approval.

Website content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on the site is complete, current or error-free.
